General Support

If you need to contact us with a support request, the first thing you should is go to the Wizzy Design Support Centre and open a new ticket.

All support requests are handled via our ticket system.

If you phone in with a support request, a ticket will be created and you may get a response by email (make sure you tell us if you email isn't working, or give us an alternative email address). We aim to allocate new tickets a priority within one business hour.
