Generic iPhone POP3 Setup Instructions
Use these instructions along with your personalised email address and password information that you can get from the Wizzy Design Control Panel.
Where you see "support@wizzy.co.uk" in the screenshots below, substitute this with your own email address.

| Select "Other" as the account type. |
Select "Add Mail Account" |
Enter the basic details. The address and password should match exactly that given to you on our control panel or welcome email. |

| The description is optional, you may find it useful to enter your email address here. |
You can get server host names from the control panel. Usually both server host names are "mail.wizzydesign.net". |
Enter your full email address into the incoming and outgoing server user name fields. |

| You must enter the outgoing server password (same password you entered earlier). Click "Save". | Answer "Yes" to connect without SSL. | Select "Continue" |
You've now filled in all the basic information, however the iPhone sometimes applies incompatible defaults to some of the advanced settings. It is strongly suggested you check these:

| Back in the email accounts list, click on the account you just created. | Click on the "SMTP" option. | Click on the SMTP server you just set up (usally the primary server). |

|
Ensure that "SSL" is switched off. |
Back on the account overview, click on "Advanced". | Ensure "SSL" is turned off. If you also pick up email on your computer, select the appropriate "delete from server" option. |
